Bosnians and Bosniaks : how do you call them in your language ?

I bet most of Balkan people ignore the difference between the two : Bosnians as citizens of Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Bosniaks as "Muslim Bosnians". I can't even translate the two or them in the languages I know, since they have no distinction beteween both terms, so I must say something like "Bosnian citizens" and "Muslim Bosnian citizens". Already, most people don't understand the structure, history and cultural arcanes of Bosnia, if I add this difference of gentilics, they will be even more confused...
So do you have a clear distinction in your language between Bosnians and Bosniaks?
