“Fizzy” cookies

I am making a version of a Coca Cola cookie and I was wondering if it’s possible to add something to it for a “fizzy” effect? Like when you eat fizzy candy— that’s the effect I’m looking for, so it’s more true to a fizzy soda. Any help is greatly appreciated!
