Post Body
I have a brownie recipe that I want to share with some friends, and Iโm looking to send them a jar of dry ingredients in the mail so they would just have to add the wet ingredients like eggs, butter, etc.
My question is, can brown sugar be in the jar with the below ingredients? Or will the moisture cause issues with mailing it and also the shelf life? I donโt want it to get moldy or cause ingredients to change properties.
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vanilla powder
- 1 tbsp espresso powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- chocolate chips
The recipient would just need to add eggs and butter.
