Are Blondies supposed to look underbaked?

I made some Blondies for the first time following this recipe I followed everything, but if you watch the video their batter slowly fell from the bowl, where mine was more congealed for lack of of a better word. It just rolled out of the bowl. It was able to spread like normal, and I baked it until I could stick a knife in and nothing came out with it.
