I used 7 week old eggs

Post Body

I use a scale to measure all my ingredients, and I'm pretty certain there was not an issue with the flour/fat/sugar ratios. However, the eggs I used were 7 weeks old. I tested them to see if they were still good, and they didn't float or smell, so I went with them.

Did my cookies turn out differently because of this? Typically, they are half the size (50 gram cookies) and not flat. I use the nestle recipe.
