Hi, I bake quite a lot of biscuits but , one every two batch won't be properly cooked, especially the bottom. Some times I have to put them in the oven for 40 minutes to have it totally cooked, or take them out, flip them and put them back in for another 10 minutes.
At first I thought that maybe since I was putting them with the cooking tray in the fridges maybe the tray took too much time to heat up so I stopped putting the trays in, but I still have that problem.
I end up with brown biscuits on the top and raw at the bottom
Any advice ?
