Post Body

So my boyfriend asked if I could make cookies at his place tonight but the only recipe I know calls for an electric mixer and k have always just used out kitchen aid when I had to do it at home.

But I can't take that with me for obvious reasons lol all he has is one of these manual I am assuming single wisk egg beaters with the handle, that spins. Would this work the same for cookies or do I have to quickly find a new recipe? I can try to attach a photo of what I mean too but am not sure how lol.
