my cookies are suddenly failing everytime???

i’ve perfected my chocolate chip cookie recipe and everyone always says how good they are yet suddenly the last three batches i’ve made they’re turning out in a gooey, burnt yet also underbaked, chewy mess! i’ve changed nothing but idk what’s happening! please help 😫 posted screenshot of recipe and before and after cookie results. first of the three cookie pics is before and the other two are batches i’ve made this past week. nothing changed at all and im so mad.
