Flat cookies

Hello! I’m using Claire Saffitz’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe and have tried many different things and the cookies always come out huge, greasy, and flat.
Thing a I’ve tried tweaking:
- Getting new baking soda
- Getting an over thermometer to ensure correct temp
- I’m using Nordic bakeware half sheet
- After browning the butter I’ve checked the temperature with a thermometer to make sure it’s not too hot before adding other ingredients
I just can’t figure out what’s going wrong. Any thoughts?
