Is failed cookie dough (too much flour) salvageable? + ideas to use the failed cookie dough for?

Here are some photos of my failed cookies. The outside was crisp but the inside was like eating a dense sponge cake. I was looking for a crispier cookie. At least the cookie dough tastes good :p
