Post Body

I’m pretty serious about my cheesecake considering this recipe is a cherished family recipe. But I’ve been playing with some ideas of creative versions are trying (and immediately getting addicted) to the dried orange slices sold by Trader Joe’s, I’ve been thinking about this possible variation. The recipes I’ve seen online largely seem to rely on marmalade but I thought a subtle amount of thyme could be nice. The pate sucree is because I used to make nilla wafers from scratch but I’m wanting to streamline things a bit more.

So, any thoughts? Is this a good flavor combo, you think? Anything I’m not thinking of?
