I am looking for a type of cookie that will travel well to an office setting. I usually make snickerdoodle, chocolate chip, peanut butter, sugar, lemon frosted, buttercream frosted vanilla sugar, orange frosted and oatmeal raisin. Everyone loves them but I want to try something new that is a bit of a challenge to bake.

Suggestions?
