Hi! I've tried about a dozen different cookie recipes for simple chocolate chip cookies. I've never had an issue with flavor or texture although I wouldn't know if a raw cookie looked me in the face. But for some reason, they always spread a little and remain kind of domed and chunky. If I wasn't in midterms I'd bake some to show you guys what I mean. I want them to spread and be flat but not spread so much that they're the size of my face. That's happened. I've heard it could be a matter of flour. I've put less flour than required. They remain bloated. PLEASE HELP!
