Macaron help!

Hey all! A couple weeks back I was making macarons (this was my second time ever making them) and they turned out pretty tasty, but I was wondering what the easiest way to get them all nice and flat is. Some of them randomly ended up flat, while others had a nice little point in the middle lol. I would appreciate any other little hacks or feedback for next time as well. All things aside- I was very proud of these :)
