Hi I want to create a cookie tasting similar to those soft cinnamon sugar pretzels you buy warm. Do I coat the cookie in cinnamon sugar before baking? Or after baking? And if after baking, would it stick to the cookie? Do I also mix the cinnamon in to the cookie? Or would that be too much? Each cookie is going to be big. Over 100 grams in dough. Or any suggestions of a filling in these cookies? Thank you
