Thin and crisp cookies?

Post Body
Hi guys, I want to make some really thin and crispy cookies, like the crispiest of them all.
I've seen some recipes but I still have some doubts regarding the ingredients. Should I use butter as most recipes call? I'd think that butter would soften the cookie and wouldn't give me a super crisp.
I know I should avoid baking powder and maybe use really a tiny amount of baking soda, but what about the eggs?
Thanks for the help!
