I've been making low carb cookie dough to eat by itself, but I'm wondering how I might bake it and get a nice chewy cookie. I've just been (without measuring) throwing some almond flour, vanilla, peanut butter, sugar free maple syrup, salt, and chocolate chips in a bowl. If I wanted a proper baked cookie, do I need to add butter and eggs? Baking soda or baking powder?
