Using baking chips instead of cocoa powder for recipe

Post Body

Iā€™m gonna try to bake Oreos from scratch, but the recipe uses cocoa powder. I have chocolate chips.

https://www.bhg.com/recipes/how-to/bake/how-to-substitute-chocolate-pieces-for-unsweetened-cocoa-powder/

The article above has conversions for semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips, unsweetened chocolate, and sweet chocolate.

The link below shows the chocolate chips Iā€™m using. Would these count as semisweet or bittersweet chocolate?

Thanks!
