I have been using the cookie recipe book “Big Yum” by Chloe Sexton. (Bluffcakes bakery). The recipes are all easy to follow and really delicious but they are jumbo (6 oz) cookies. Out of the 5ish or so I have made, only one batch (red velvet Nutella stuffed) turned out perfect. All of the rest come out raw. I even left today’s in the oven for 6 minutes longer than the recipe stated and still raw in the middle. I follow the recipe Exaclty. I live in Florida and use a basic kitchen oven with a baking rack and then a broiler top compartment as well. Someone mentioned maybe humidity in my state? Anyone know how to fix this so I can have perfect cookies?
