What can I add as filling for these oatmeal pecan cookies?

These cookies are delicious and I had the idea of baking them again with some gooey or soft filling. Iām a beginner baker so just trying to brainstorm ideas. Sort of like a pecan pie type of filling but Iām not sure that pecan pie filling would work. Ty!ā
