How to adjust cookies recipe if making dough in advance?

Post Body

I'm making Levain style (ie extremely thick/chunky) chocolate chip cookies for a party, following this recipe, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0JSFKhco8cY&ab_channel=Delish

However I would like to make the cookie dough balls a day in advance, then bake right before the party.

The recipe asks to put the cookie dough balls in the freezer for 90min or the fridge for 2hours and then straight into the oven for baking. But I'll be putting them in the fridge for 24 hours before baking.

So I'm uncertain about what adjustments I need to make so they will bake properly? I'm concerned the dough will be too cold after a full 24h in the fridge and the inside of the cookie will turn out raw. (Note that these are massive cookies, like the balls are the size of a big grapefruit, which makes me more concerned)
