My husband and I host a small group to watch the Oscars each year and make hors d’oeuvres that are based on each best picture nominee utilizing food-based puns. This year I’d like to do a variation on chocoflan and make mini versions since we’re not sitting down to eat. I’d rather not buy more cooking supplies and don’t own ramekins, but I do have a silicon donut pan. Are the mechanics the same as a Bundt if I attempted to make individual chocoflans? Totally acknowledging this may be a stretch! Would a cupcake pan be a better option?
