how to make cookies with more depth?

I backed white chocate rasberry cookies. While they were good, they tasted kind of cheap? not sure how to put it. I'd like some depth? what would elevate the tast of the cookies? Would substituting some of the flour with almond flour help?

Below are the ingredients I used this time.
