How do I make a good pound cake?

My last pound cake came out too dense and greasy, and i love pound cake, but I don’t know how to make it like my bakery does: slightly dense, yet a little fluffy and crumbly. How do I make a good authentic pound cake? The recipe I used from YouTube is below for reference.
250 grams Unsalted Butter, room temperature
250 grams (1cup 3 tbsp) White Granulated Sugar
5 Eggs, large, room temperature
250 grams (2 cups) All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
