Just got a used Kitchen aid artisan 5 qt on fb market place and I want to know how much pizza dough it can handle.

I’ll be using it mainly for mid to semi high hydration doughs, such as 62% and 70%. What’s the maximum dough this mixer can handle at 62% hydration? What about 70% hydration? Is a 500g flour and 350g water too much? Also, is it good for dense cookie dough?
