I don't get it. I followed every tips on youtube but i still can't pull it off! My cookies' sizes are inconsistent. Some are small, some flat, and some are just normal. I hate it cuz i'm running a business and this is my reputation on the line! Thankfully they taste the same, but it would be nice if they looked good too. Here's the recipe i'm following (i found on yt): 1 and 1/4 cup all purpose flour 1/2 white and brown sugar 1/2 chocolate chips 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 egg 1/2 butter (room temp) (i use dark brown sugar because the chef said it'll make thr cookies chewy) I know one small misstep will mess up the cookies, so i am very careful in following the recipe. But still, they're not good looking. Help please!
