Hi there!

I’ve come across a few posts on the Saturn/IC line, but none that have really painted a clear picture for me on whether or not this move is worth it. I don’t see any planet/aspect as downright bad (also pretty green when it comes to astrology), but there’s some concerning stuff out there regarding this line.

My plan is to make a move to Mexico City in March of 2023, which is exactly when my Saturn return begins (RX in the 3rd house- Pisces). I made a trip earlier this year and fell in love with the city. I had a pretty great time but also met someone who I think may be a bit karmic. Which, after realizing how close my Saturn line was to CDMX, gave me a little bit of an “oh……crap” moment.

My Saturn/IC line runs through the city of Guadalajara, which is west of Mexico City, but not far off.

I’m not fluent in Spanish and will be moving to Mexico with the intention of learning and becoming fluent. I know it’s all about discipline and I’ve grown enough to learn how to release control and accept things as they come. I also work remotely full time and run a business on the side that I feel relatively secure in. With my return happening around my move, am I in over my head? I still feel SO drawn to the city and I believe the universe doesn’t make mistakes, but to say that I’m not concerned would be a lie.

I’ll be living there for two months between October and November as a test run. I guess this will be a pretty defining moment as to whether or not this is for me. Any insight or advice appreciated!
