The purpose of the /r/AskAstrologers subreddit is for people to post questions about their chart, and get answers from astrologers and other astrology enthusiasts. Unfortunately there are also some scammers out there that are trying to take advantage of people on this subreddit by offering consultations and reports, which sometimes turn out to be either fake or of dubious value.

So, as a result of that, we recommend that you do not purchase any consultations or products that other redditors offer to you or attempt to promote on this subreddit, as a general policy.

Similarly, offering consulting services or trying to sell products on this subreddit is not appropriate, and you will be banned if you do it.

This is kind of a new issue, so these are the initial set of rules in order to help address it, although I'm open to other suggestions if anyone has any. Please either post them below, or send me a PM.
