Saturn is said to set boundaries. So those attributes will be weak in childhood already but "then slowly develop over time".
I have saturn in gemini and it says that those people will have communication and learning issues as a child but over time develop the ability to have more deep conversations and learn about deep topics.
Isn't that exactly what sagittarius does?
So does saturn actually restrict the sign it is in (gemini) and by that automatically cause the person to adapt to the opposite sign of it (sagittarius) ?
(meanwhile if no planet was in either sign, they'd just compensate each other)
