What's the best book on how justice and "law" worked in preliterate and non-state cultures?
Post Body

I am looking for a book on how justice and "law" worked in cultures and societies that were not literate and were non-state cultures?

Also, if possible can someone lend me a copy of the book? This is just my curiosity and I am not a student or affiliated with any university so I do not have access to a library.
