2 questions about myki card

Tourist for 3 months, found a card lying around in my siblings house and she said I could use it. I did register it in the app and all, it says “John’s myki”. Is it mine now? Note that it has been used previously, I can see the charges on the recent tab of the ptv app.
Second: last activity is a “touch on” what happens if I touch on again? Sub doesn’t allow images.
