Alternates to eucalyptus oil for blocked nose?

I'm a firm believer in Eucalyptus Spray (Bosisto's if you wanna be particular) when I have blocked sinuses. I've now have cats and read that it's toxic for them. Suggestions to an alternative?
I'm using Vicks Vapour Rub at the moment, but I hate the way it feels on my skin.
