This is actually for a exam I have coming up and I wanted to know younger Australians such as myself and older what is your view on our history?
What I mean is like the Stolen generation and how we are taught about it, do you find it to be something that you want to understand or really care for being it the history of the place you live or do you rather find it to be irrelevant?
Considering Australia today as it has a lot of Immigrant families and even families that have been here for several generations.
When feeling apart of the country and learning about stuff like the stolen generation or the colonisation of Australia when you think about it what's your feelings on it?
Thank you if anyone does reply again I know its a bit controversial but I want to hear about peoples views on the subject.
