My neighbour/roommate makes so much noise at night

So I’m a student in Melbourne and I live in a shared accommodation. I’ve got ensuite washrooms but the kitchen and living room I share with 7 guys and girls. My problem is this next door roommate. His room is right opposite my bed and every time he plays music and makes noise at night. It’s like he invites his friends and they talk all night. I’ve tried talking to my agent but he only issued a formal warning.
I’m sick and tired, I don’t know what to do.
