Where did you attend high school, when did you graduate, and how common was it for kids in your school to smoke cigarettes?

Per the statistics I'm reading, the youth smoking rate has plummeted in the US.
I haven't seen a teen smoker in years, but my dad said smoking between class was the norm when he was in high school in the 1970s.
