I heard a podcast story about an american guy who got arrested for pretending to be a medical resident (seemingly just because he got a kick out of it), then after getting out of jail he got a real medical degree. how would you feel about a hospital hiring someone like him as a real resident?
Post Body

aparently he went to a medical school in Mexico that'll take anyone who has a degree and can pay (he has family money), but it is recognised as a legit medical school in the US.
