Post Body

Hello everyone.

I am going to travel USA as J1 Student in October.

I know there's 10 months to that, but I want to plan everything good, so I need your help :)

You can write any tip or place, anything that comes to your mind, I will appreciate it very much.

I still don't know if I will go alone or with friend.

I like meat foods (burgers, burritos, steaks..) and everything else that young people love to do.. I like to smoke a joint from time to time so a place for that would be nice too :)

I'm planning to visit New York City for 8-10 days and to go on West Coast Tour that lasts 9 days.

I saw "Wild West Tour" has cheap and good option for tour, but you can recommend other one, if you know good tour. You can see what the tour has on wwesttour.com

It contains:

  • Las Vegas
  • Los Angeles
  • San Francisco
  • Boat Party
  • Grand Canyon
  • Calico Ghost Town
  • Horseshoe Bend
  • 7 Magic Mountains
  • Sequoia Park
  • Santa Monica
  • Route 66
  • Hoover Dam
  • Beverly Hills

I need a list for best places and sights to visit in NYC, you can even recommend me some restaurants and fast foods if you know something good.

This is my list for NYC:

  • Brooklyn Bridge park
  • Top of The Rock
  • The Edge
  • Staten Island ferry
  • Hoop off hoop on bus
  • American Museum of Natural History
  • Helicopter FlyNyon
  • Dumbo
  • Flat Iron building
  • Soho
  • Hudson yard
  • Grand central station
  • Oculus mall
  • Trade center
  • Musical on broadway
  • Los Tacos
  • Pizza suprema
  • Beast and butterflies Rooftop bar
  • Sarges delicates restaurant
  • Halal cart fast food
  • NYC ferries
  • Overstory, skylark, heritage Rooftop
  • Artechouse

My tips for myself:

  • Try Delicates sandwiches
  • Use Link nyc boxes
  • Use Long Island Railroad for transport from JFK to Manhattan
  • Accommodation is cheapest in Long Island city, queens, downtown Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan
  • Try Big Apple Greeters
  • Try Free tours by foot
  • Use Metro
