Are 1-year European Master´s (60 ECTS) always recognized as "Official Master's" among jobs/academic institutions around the world? Do they always fit the academic requirements to start PhD studies?

Post Body

I´m still not sure about this. I´ve read that, in general, 60 ECTS Master´s are indeed recognized as Official Master´s by the Bologna Process, however, some people have told me that in real life, some jobs/academic institutions won´t considered them as "real Master´s". Do you have an opinion about this? I´d like to do a 1-year Master´s in Europe (60 ECTS), but if I confirm that they won´t be taken very seriously or won´t even be recognized as "official" in order to start PhD studies, then I´d pick 90 ETCS or 120 ECTS to avoid that risk. Thank you all!
