Interview Questions for Research Coordinator/Lab Manager
Post Body

Hello! I’m a new assistant professor and finally able to start hiring research support staff and students. I have the funds to hire a full time research coordinator/lab manager and a doctoral student. What are some important questions to ask/ things to look out for during interviews and while reviewing CVs? I do community-based public health behavioral interventions so I’m not in a “wet” lab. I’m really hoping to build up a solid research team. Thanks for any insight!
