Post Body

I have seen several schools state on their transfer policy pages that they only accept credits from regionally accredited schools, and most people on here have referenced regional accreditation as being more β€˜legit’ as far as the status and transferability of programs go, even in recent posts. However, I had read that the Department of Education formally eliminated the distinction between regional and national accreditation. If so, does the difference still matter? In what ways?
