Post Body

Hello! What are some examples of networks and terminology for minority serving higher education institutions outside of the US?

Some in the US use terms like HBCU, Tribal, HSI, AANAPISI, and Deaf institutions, and Iā€™m interested in learning more about how these terms track and/or are expanded globally.

I know folks in the UK used to use BAME, and there are specific programs to support Dalit students in India, Romani students in Hungary, etc. Are there terms like ā€œDalit Serving Institutionsā€ that are used and helpful in these different contexts?
