Post Body

For a tenure track assistant professor position in your department, whatโ€™s the range of the number of applications that you often receive (regardless of the quality or relevance to the call)?

It would be helpful if you could also state the general field, location, number of relevant applications, and in US whether the school is R1, R2 etc.

This helps see the level of competition for tenure track jobs in the current job market.

We receive 100-250 applications, R2, STEM, probably 30 relevant applications.
