I got invited to a work assessment to determine my knowledge in pre-and-post ward process at a college for a job I applied to. They mentioned that they would review my ability to provide accurate and complete information, utilize formulas and overall understand and follow instructions. They also mentioned that we would be asked about budget justification, re-budgeting an existing award, and solicitation budget.
I have read over their entire website with the information they linked about pre and post award process and also read through a bunch from other universities. I have watched videos on YouTube as well and I feel like I have a good understanding, but I don’t feel prepared because I never worked with the award application process. I have only ever worked on a field data collection side of a project.
There’s not much out there like practice assessment forms, so I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions about what I can do to better prepare? Or anything I should know if someone had done these kind of assessments.
