Hello I am a student in St Petersburg and have managed to start my own business and make a ton of money in the process. Yesterday I went to see my mother in law and one of the topics that came up is that me and her daughter are planning to co-habit and she advised us to just buy a house rather than send someone 50 000 every month. My question is that is it possible to get credit as a foreigner or I would have to get russian citizenship. She told me not to rush getting Russian citizenship because I don’t know if I would have to undergo the 1 year mandatory enlistment in army. Any help?
