So I have come to the idea of possibly moving to Russia in the future as my country at the moment is taking a deep dive of a what seems like a never ending cliff.
But anyways my question is we are given this idea what working in Russia has no point. Let me explain my husband is from Russian moved when he was 5 it was the fall of the Soviet Union. But he has this notion that you can't make a living in Russia. Like u don't get paid well, even for like standard well paying jobs that would be paid on average like 70k a year in the west.
Now I understand living is less there so jobs probably pay less. This is coming from a view point in the west that unfortunately makes a lot of other countries seem unlivable cause they don't want use to leave.
Love to understand the work life for ppl in jobs like engineering, architecture, construction as we both work in this industry.
Thanks
