hello, I'm Moroccan and I would really like to get a bachelor's degree in russia. I want to study medicine, and I have a whole lot of questions, starting with the most important one, which is pretty much said in the title, can i study there for free? or how to get a scholarship. I don't really know how scholarships work, but what exactly are the criterias taken into consideration to get one? and will the following be of any use to get a scholarship: i have a russian passport and nationality, if I go to russia i don't even need a dorm or smth because i can live with my grandma there (who is russian, my mom is 100% russian) and i speak russian. Also, is there a way to study medicine in English, tho I already do speak russian (kinda fluently but i have no certificate, plus studying in English for me will be much much easier) and if you indeed can study in English I guess you still need a certificate in English then (?) I still have some questions but these are the most important ones. any answer will be appreciated and thank you in advance.
