Unlimited mobile internet: Does it exist for new users ?

So I recently decided to upgrade from my old phone and decided to procure and try a new SIM card with it, only to hear from friends ( and later reading online) that most providers don't have a " unlimited internet" тариф anymore I'm currently using my old megafon SIM that has the unlimited GB offer for like 1000 rubles a month

Is there any equivalent to that right now should I decide to buy a new card ?

I mainly hotspot my phone internet to the PC for gaming/ downloading books or movies ( phone internet is not an option, I live in a fairly... bad uni hostel
