I imagine people would wave their hands around a lot, talking to their neighbor on the balcony while unloading the fishing boat. The would be a lot of 'ciao's heard all over the place. The number of cafes would be tripple its current figure and everyone would be too busy trying to look good in their leather dress shoes to get any real work done.
Would that be a Russia you would like to live in?
