I mean, do they do their job?
Here in Greece they don't care. Yesterday a man killed his girlfriend in front of the police station. She had called them before to send a police car for help and they didn't. If I call the police for help outside they simply won't come. A few years ago a woman walked in the police station to ask for something and the policemen raped her in there.
Do things like that happen in russia? Is it safe to call the police?
