Well, I really have obsessive-compulsive disorder. These two regions, one in the east of the Carpathian Mountains and the other in the north of the Danube River, are geographically connected to the Eastern European plains. Why has Russia failed to successfully merge them historically? Enter the territory? Ever had a chance?
